How do I track my SafeStyle®️ order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Use this number to track your order on the shipping provider’s website!

What do I do if my order was delivered to the wrong address?

Contact SafeStyle®️ customer service at enquiries@safestyle.us with your order details to resolve address issues and to ensure correct delivery!

Please note the below is our standard (non-promotional) shipping costs - on occasion, SafeStyle will offer promotional shipping offerings.

United States - Domestic:

Standard Shipping with Tracking: $0.00–$50.00 | $9.99 USD
Standard Shipping with Tracking: $50.99 and up | Free

Express Shipping with Tracking:
$0.00–$50.00 | $16.99 USD
Express Shipping with Tracking: $50.99 and up | $16.99 USD

How long will it take for my SafeStyle®️ order to be delivered?

Shipping times vary by location.

Standard Post: 3-9 business days

Express Post: 2-5 Business days

I entered the wrong shipping address - what should I do?

Do not fear! If your order has not left our warehouse yet - just contact enquiries@safestyle.us with an updated address and order number.

Please note: If your order has already shipped you should contact the individual courier to redirect your package as we are unable to make changes.

My tracking link says my package was delivered but I can't find it?

If you can't find your package, try looking in "safe places" - this could be behind your trash can? Perhaps, they are tucked behind plant on your porch? Couriers will leave packages in 'out of sight' places to ensure a safe delivery. If you are still unable to find your SafeStyle®️ delivery please contact enquiries@safestyle.us for investigation.
