This compliance means SafeStyle Protective Eyewear is suitable for use in environments where eye protection is required, giving individuals, worksites and organizations confidence that their eyewear is built to help safeguard against impact hazards.

ANSI Z87.1 is the American National Standard for Occupational and Educational Personal Eye and Face Protection Devices.
The Z87+ mark means the eyewear meets the high impact protection requirements of the ANSI Z87.1 standard.

Some SafeStyle Protective Eyewear requires side shields to maintain ANSI Z87.1+ compliance. If side shields are altered, removed or incorrectly fitted, ANSI Z87.1+ compliance may be void.

Tested VS Compliant

Tested indicates the product has been tested by the manufacturer only.

Whereas compliant means the organization has undergone a rigorous audit and testing program to then be approved by a 3rd party organization.
